As independent contractors, all drivers are required to submit a W-9 form, which will be used to report annual earnings on a 1099 form.

Submit A Copy of your Driver's License
You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.
No matter how you deliver, you'll need to submit your W-9 form. If you're delivering by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a 2-door or 4-door vehicle, and have a valid driver's license in your name.
